Small farms are one of the things that make life so good in Northeast Washington.  The Community Agricultural Development Center (CADC), created through the Washington State Agricultural Extension Office, has provided tools and marketing opportunities for many of my neighbors.  You can learn more from  the CADC website and get little maps and links to these farms using this map.
