Chief Lot Marker
Chief Lot died near the Springdale Creek on private land. The major Spokane Indian Cemetery in Wellpinit is named for him. Several years ago 600 Spokane Indians came to commemorate his memory. They stayed for several days, cleaned up the area and erected this marker.
