Bradbury Beach

  Bradbury Beach, named after a family that settled nearby, became favorite place to play along the river.  The water is fairly shallow here and gets to be a little warmer and slower than the run of the river.  There is an active day use area with picnic tables and restrooms.










There is also a boat launch that gives you ready access to a wide stretch of Lake Roosevelt.  A small fee is required (6$ for a week).  Overnight camping is allowed along the lake shore.   For more information, look at the Lake Roosevelt National Recreation Area website.
